Rosie has been Director of Tennis at The Courtyard for 19 years. She has been in the tennis industry as a Director of Tennis and/or Head Professional after graduating from college. She has developed club programs, owned a pro shop, and has been on the management side of the business. As a player: Rosie is currently rated 5.0. She played the Missouri Valley Circuit during the summer while she was in college. She has competed at the National Senior level. She has won 4 National Tournaments in Doubles on clay and hardcourt. She was also a doubles finalist five times at the National level. She has also been ranked as high as No. 1 in Texas in singles and doubles.

As a Tennis Professional, she has developed and organized teams of all levels and has taken many teams to both Sectional and National competitions. "I am serious about developing my students skills to their fullest potential, and instilling in them an appreciation of the sport as a lifetime experience. Also, having played as a junior, young adult, and senior, I feel I can relate to all ages and levels." Rosie is from Kingsville, Texas. Played tennis on scholarship at Shreiner College in Kerrville and UT Permian Basin in Odessa, Texas. She graduated with a bachelors from UTPB and gained received her Masters Degree in Bio-mechanics from UTPB in Odessa while she was Director of Tennis at Odessa Country Club.

Betsy Wilder Kiser is originally from Miami Florida. She spent much of her childhood in Anniston, Alabama and the past 25 years in Gainesville, Georgia. Betsy became a lifelong student of tennis over 30 years ago in Anniston. She had the opportunity to learn the game from a world tour player and Wimbledon Doubles Finalist who coached with incredible enthusiasm. As a child she was also able to sometimes tag along and video record some highly ranked tournament matches, later analyzing the video, then passionately explaining point changers or the a way for them. Betsy Kiser has been fortunate to train under and be mentored by some of the greatest tennis professionals/coaches to ever play, coach, and love this sport.

Betsy Kiser is a USPTR certified tennis professional, graduate of Van De Meer Tennis University and many PTR and USPTA workshops. She has spent the past 12 years as the founder and director of High Impact Tennis in Gainesville, Georgia. At High Impact Tennis Betsy and her coaching team were able to grow tennis in Northeast Georgia, produce league championship winning teams, providing team and individual drills, lessons, clinics, and events. With HIT Academy Betsy was able to contribute the training and developing of nationally ranked juniors, and several college players. Betsy Kiser is passionate and dedicated to consistently seeking and sharing wisdom in tennis.

Her students will attest Betsy’s ability to, technically and tactically, immensely improve each team or individual player she works with.

Dugg has been playing tennis for 40 years (yep, wood rackets and white balls) and while he still plays competitively, Dugg receives great satisfaction from working with players and watching them grow in this wonderful game. Dugg's wife and 2 sons are fantastic players, which keeps him busy on the court. From Texas to Guam to Hawaii to San Francisco back to Texas, Dugg has been fortunate to play in different environments and has found all tennis communities to be welcoming and fun.
