Courtyard Tennis and Swim Membership Fees
All memberships require an initiation fee. The family tennis membership initiation fee is $1500, the single tennis membership is $1000, and club membership initiation fee is $500. All initiation fees plus tax are due at sign-up.

Full Members
Have full use of all club amenities, including advanced court reservation privileges, access to the ball machine, gym, swimming pool, and pickleball court.
Club Members
Have full use of all facilities with the exception of tennis. Tennis is available on a space available basis during non prime-time hours only (times vary) with the payment of a guest fee for each player. Example: If you have a Club Membership and want to play tennis, you can call on the same day to see if any courts are available. Each player including the Club Member will pay a $20 fee to play for tennis. For Pickleball, Club Members may book the court 48 hours in a advance and any guests will be charged a $20 fee. For Swim guests, Club members may bring up to 5 guests at a time and the guest fees are $10 per person.
Single Memberships
Single memberships are a one-adult membership and his or her dependents.
Senior Memberships
Senior memberships are are available to people 60+ years of age.
Summer Swim Memberships
Summer swim memberships are restricted to the Life Guarded pool dates and hours as shown on the Summer Swim Page. If any adult Summer Swim member wishes to use the pool outside of the Life Guarded Pool dates and hours, they would need a "Club Membership". Children age 13 and younger are restricted to the Life Guarded pool dates/hours and must be accompanied and supervised by an adult (18 or over) at all times. Minor children cannot be responsible and left to be supervised by other minor children. Children Ages 14-17 are restricted to the Life Guarded pool dates/hours and do not need a parent or guardian.
Dependents
A dependent is any unmarried child living at home under the age of 18 or 25 if unmarried and attending college. Former dependents of a family that have been a full member at the Courtyard for at least one year may start their own membership by paying the corresponding monthly dues plus tax when they reach the age of 26.
